What is Jewelry Subscription?

We are an exclusive subscription jewelry club that caters to our discerning membership of jewelry lovers by delivering a monthly piece of beautiful jewelry right to your door. Each piece is hand selected by one of our jewelry mavens, whose mission is to constantly be on the lookout for new sources of high-quality, unique pieces of jewelry. We add new pieces to our collection very frequently!


What separates us from other Jewelry Clubs?

Unlike other Jewelry Clubs, who have one or two boxes they send out each month, we base our selection on your taste and style. We actually collect information for each customer and hand pick what piece they will receive each month. That is why we have such an extensive selection of Jewelry. Everyone's taste is different. Some other Jewelry Clubs allow you to "borrow" the jewelry and send it back whenever you want. This means many people could have worn the piece you got for that month! The jewelry we send is yours to keep forever!


How do I sign up? What happens next?

Click subscribe at the top of the page to join our exclusive club. Once you join, you will receive a Jewelry Style Profile questionnaire within 24 hours. This will enable us to customize each shipment just for you!


When do you ship?

We ship on the 15th of each month. Shipping is always free!


What kind of jewelry can I expect to get each month?

You can expect a variety of types from classic to trendy. You will receive bracelets, rings, necklaces, and earrings. You will not receive earrings if you don't have pierced ears. Just let us know in the "Jewelry Style Profile". We spend a lot of time picking out each piece making sure it is of high quality and something you can wear for years to come.


What do you do to try to ensure I will like my jewelry each month?

After you sign up for a membership we send you a Jewelry Style Profile questionnaire so that we can customize your jewelry each month. For example, we will make sure you do not get pierced earrings if you don’t have pierced ears. Don't like gold-tone jewelry? No problem, just let us know on the questionnaire.


Can I gift a subscription to someone?

Absolutely! Just click the "give as gift" link at the bottom of the page.


How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by going to your account and clicking "cancel" or you can email us at info@jewelrysubscription.com and we will cancel it for you.


Can you customize my subscription, for example, if I do not have pierced ears can I get more bracelets or necklaces instead of earrings?

Yes, we absolutely can customize your subscription to exclude or include types of jewelry. When you subscribe you will get a Jewelry Style Profile. This will give us an idea of what you like and do not like. We can further customize your subscription if you send us details of what types of jewelry you would like to receive to info@jewelrysubscritpion.com.


Can I return an item?

Due to the extremely low prices we do not except returns on our jewelry.
